When you submit a contact, review, or quotation form, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, email address, business name, region, website, contact preference, and project information.
How we use it
We use this information to review your request, contact you, prepare recommendations or a quotation, and maintain a record of our business communication. We do not sell your personal information.
Service providers
We may use trusted email-delivery, hosting, analytics, and form-processing providers to operate this website. They process information only as needed to provide those services.
Retention and security
We keep enquiries only for as long as reasonably needed for follow-up, business records, and legal obligations. We use practical technical safeguards, but no online transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.
Optional analytics
When analytics is enabled, you can choose whether to allow it. If you allow it, Google Analytics receives page views and contact-button or form events. We do not include your form entries or URL query parameters in these events. You can change your choice using Analytics preferences at the bottom of the page.
Portfolio demonstrations
Demo enquiries, pickup requests, and checkout details stay in your browser session and are never sent to a business. The fashion demo stores product choices, sizes, and quantities in your browser so the bag stays available between pages and tabs. It does not store delivery or contact details. Clear the bag or your browser site data to remove those choices.
Your choices
You may ask us to correct or delete information you submitted, subject to any legal record-keeping requirements.
